New IP Transmission Technology

The signal in the electronic application system is divided into analog signal and digital signal. Network digital signal use network coding and comply with network protocol on the basis of digital signal. Generally, there are three kinds of IP Transmission solutions as below:

Copper Cables Transmission: Twisted pairs adopt the hidden-burying way to wire. The transmission distance is limited within 100m. It is applied at the end of information centralized point that network equipments can reach.

Optical Fiber Transmission: This transmission solution has incomparable advantages, such as large bandwidth, long transmission distance and excellent anti-interference ability. In any bigger and farther systems, optical fiber transmission can be used to transmit network digital signal. But its disadvantages can not be ignored such as brittle, low mechanical strength, strict technical requirements and difficult wiring. As the main cables, they are applied from local side to each information centralized point.

Wireless Transmission: This transmission solution generally adopt microware or high-frequency electromagnet ware mode. Wireless transmission equipments in the highway are widely used, which has strict requirements on signal frequency band, power and lightning protection etc. These special wireless transmission equipments are needed to be supplied the stable and reliable power. If you use photovoltaic power and wind driven generator as supporting facilities, however, the equipments costs are very high.

In generally, network digital signal can be extended by different ways. You can check some examples as follow:

Network Cable Extension:  You need to install network router and switch to extend network digital signal.

 

Wireless Repeating: You need to add wireless repeater between devices and equipments to extend network digital signal.

Now we introduce the Ethernet Media converter, which also is called broadband carrier transceiver. It is high-speed Ethernet transmission device. It not only can be used point-to-point but also point to multi-point. It can transmit network data signal over any two-core copper cables such as CAT5, coaxial cable, power line etc. The maximum distance can be up to 2000m. The largest physical bandwidth can be up to 240Mbps. Additionally; this device can support power transmission (220VAC power need to connect one external power coupler.). So you can use the existing power line to transmit data network signal. This product can be widely used in network expanding system, network security system, network information publishing system, network renovation and expansion systems, railway, urban traffic, mining and telecommunication, etc.
